潮州菜是起源自中國廣東潮汕地區的菜餚，除了名物滷水打冷，近年潮汕牛肉火鍋更名副其實成為「潮菜」，風行全國。上述菜餚之外，潮汕人在生醃海鮮、米製美食等方面亦做得十分出色。「煮得之人」蕭秀香(三姐)聯同潮州菜名廚許美德(德哥)，偕同「潮州仔」林正峰到訪潮汕之地，尋訪滋味食店，品嚐最地道的潮州菜。兩位廚藝專家亦會各顯身手，炮製不同的潮汕特色佳餚、美食，並請來「星級」嘉賓一同品味。。Lucio, a prestigious university professor of literature, takes a course at a school in the area where he grew up, in the suburbs of Buenos Aires.
