乔纳·希尔、迈克尔·塞拉继[太坏了]后二度携手、为电视系列动画片《颤抖的真相》(The Shivering Truth，暂译)试播集配音，试播集由维农·查特曼(《南方公园》)自编自导。这部定格系列动画片被形容为一部极具黑暗气质的超现实喜剧，由一系列直击人心的寓言故事组成。动画公司Shadow Machine担任制作。。本片根据公安英模郝世玲真实事迹改编。讲述了唐安市接警中心接到报警说机场有炸弹，基层女警郝爱玲凭借对所属辖区的了如指掌，锁定报警人为胡坤。报假警被处罚的胡坤对郝爱玲心生怨恨，在“兄弟们”的怂恿下开始针对郝爱玲并恐吓她上小学的儿子。郝爱玲明知是胡坤作乱，但考虑到他老婆怀着身孕，几次对其一家出手相助，希望能感化胡坤改邪归正，一起揪出打架斗殴开设赌场暴力催收的涉黑团伙……。Civil War veteran Josiah Grey comes to a small town to be a gospel minister.
