讲述的是一对北漂情侣为了节省开支遂租便宜的房子，结果不慎租到了“凶宅”而引发了一系列事件的故事。 “杨晓阅”和“姗姗”是北漂群演一族，租到了价格非常便宜的一处凶宅，姗姗由于体质关系感受到了原宅女主人的一些讯息，姗姗开始出现了很多“幻觉”，在“幻觉”中姗姗和好朋友婷婷同时受到剧组导演“黄一鸣”的潜规则。原来原宅女主人也是曾被“黄一鸣”潜过的女演员，得知黄一鸣又想祸害姗姗后附身到姗姗身上去报仇，发生了一系列离奇惊悚的故事。。It’s the late 1990s, and Granada indie music group Los Planetas is about to record their third album.
