香港某大银行被人抢劫，嫌犯是一对亲兄妹。在逃跑的途中，哥哥劫持了一辆旅游车做为人质，善良的妹妹不忍看到有人被杀，便与哥哥混在人质中，从警方的视线里消失了。可是在之后的逃亡中，大哥突然兽心大发，见人就杀。最终，警方能否将凶犯捉拿归案？。本片根据国际象棋神童菲欧娜·木塔西的经历改编而成，菲奥娜出生在乌干达最大的贫民窟卡推，当地教堂为前来学习国际象棋的人提供米粥，菲欧娜为此进入象棋班，极具天赋的她棋艺精进，最终代表国家登上国际棋坛。。Based on real events, the story follows a father and son (Offerman and Tremblay) who identify as Sovereign Citizens, a group of anti-government extremists, as they venture across the country and find themselves in a standoff with a chief of police (Dennis Quaid) that sets off an intense manhunt with tragic consequences.。
