《尖东风月》讲述了一群生活在香港尖东地区最低层的妇女们的生活，她们也有血有肉，有欢笑也有泪水！。20世紀から約1000年後の未来、外宇宙へと進出した地球人は、謎の異星人イルミダス星人との戦いに敗れ、難民化した地球人は絶望し、イルミダス占領下の地球へ失意の帰還をしていた。 そんな屈辱の中、難民達を地球へと送り届けていた若き日のハーロックの大山トチローとエメラルダスとの運命の出会い、そしてハーロックが愛した生涯ただ一人の女性マーヤへの愛と別れを描く。ハーロック一族の先祖ファントム・F・ハーロックの記憶から辿ることから始まる。。Jean de La Fontaine once said, Rare is true love, true friendship is rarer.
