故事从2007年10月“十七大”闭幕讲起。这天喜耕田看了闭幕实况，便激动不已，在和家人的抬杠下耕田表示要入党。几天后，青山要结婚，青山在村中摆了十口大锅请全村人吃饭，席间告诉大家他要竞选村主任，全家人听得吃惊，都不同意。第二天玲爱家就出了黄头发的事，玲爱找青山破案，并许诺给青山拉选票。选举这天青山差一票没选上，埋怨家人不支持他。耕田为了支持儿子让出了合作社董事长的位置，二虎却拉耕田当了村委副主任。。Chozen is an animated comedy about its title character, "Chozen," a gay white rapper fresh out of prison.
