在《奇奇与蒂蒂：救援突击队》电视动画结束30年后，奇奇成为了一个过着枯燥生活的保险业务员，蒂蒂则动了CGI手术让自己变成时下的3D动画造型，到处参加影迷活动回味着往日的辉煌；就在此时，针对动画人物的绑架事件接二连三的发生，当受害者中出现昔日同伴的名字时，奇奇与蒂蒂阔别多年的联手，试图找出真相与挽回破裂多年的友情。。When a casino owning dog named Charlie is murdered by his rival Carface, he finds himself in Heaven basically by default since all dogs go to heaven. However, since he wants to get back at his killer, he cons his way back to the living with the warning that doing that damns him to Hell. Once back, he teams with his old partner, Itchy to prep his retaliation.
