铁中棠(狄龙饰)为大旗门掌舵人云翼的义子，大旗门仇人司徒笑(艾飞饰)追杀铁及云次子铮(罗莽饰)，意图探索大旗门秘密宝藏之下落。铁得知必须往长春岛见「日后」，便知大旗门之一切。铁赴长春岛，发现「日后」已死，但却碰见夜帝铁毅(唐菁饰)──大旗门之始创人，而铁则为其亲生儿子……。这是一部典型的90年代怪诞喜剧风格的恐怖电影。本片讲述了一个叫做格雷戈里的男人从许愿井疗养院被释放后，他希望能够让小孩子们高兴，因此他重新打开了陈旧的冰淇淋工厂的大门，然而，总有一些小孩子不领情，所以格雷戈里就把这些小孩都做成了“独特的”冰淇淋.....。Martin Bristol returns to where it all began: the home where he was kidnapped from.
