本作以女性卡车司机"卡车明明"的SNS账号为原型，延续2023年FOD平台播出的《卡车女孩》故事。第二季继续描绘积极乐观生活的卡车司机鞍手纯与伙伴们的日常。纯因好友建议开始SNS发帖走红，但其言论引发意外影响，不仅卷入与卡车无关的工作邀约，更遭遇各种意外状况。。1972年，中国扫雷队员韦力在越南某港口扫雷，因水雷爆炸受了重伤，掉进水里。担任救护的越南女军医阮贞跳海救了韦力，并把他送到军医院。原来，他们是中越界奇丽江边的一对少年朋友。。In order to escape from her former lover Marc, Sylvia goes to Brazil where Dr. Santamo transforms her into the beautiful Emmanuelle. With this new identity comes a sexual awakening which is complicated by her memories of Marc. As with other entries in this series, the plot twists provide ample opportunities to expose the characters.。
