东北某山村在冬闲时间如何重视儿童教育，解决村民矛盾及人与人之间情感的一系列小故事。。在某城市里的一个院落里，住着两户人家。张家和李家是多年的邻居，两家生活在同一个屋檐下，有着深厚的感情，生活上有点麻烦也是互相帮助。但是，一起生活难免磕磕碰碰，两家之间总存着不大不小的矛盾。张大娘和张大爷常常抱怨李家人都是人精，碰不得惹不起同样的李家对张家的一些做法也颇有微词。两家人时而亲如一家，时而因一点鸡毛蒜皮的事儿就闹成一锅粥。。Kat Abernathy must live up to her family name by attending law school and working for her family practice, until she is challenged to create a second identity for herself in order to pursue, defend and protect her passion as a painter.。
