TV动画《东京猫猫 NEW～♡》宣布第2季制作决定，本作将于2023年4月播出。。玩笑开过头的托马斯（约瑟夫·梅 Joseph May 配音）不小心将高登的车厢撞脱了轨道，为了惩罚托马斯，胖总管将他分配到多多岛的的另一端工作，与新朋友莱恩（埃迪·雷德梅恩 Eddie Redmayne 配音）一起建造新的火车支线。托马斯为重新展示自己是有用的火车，在新铁路上行走时未有留意危险告示，结果坠落裂缝的地洞，竟发现传说中的海盗船，并与水手约翰（约翰·赫特 John Hurt 配音）和帆船斯基夫（杰米·坎贝尔·鲍尔 Jamie Campbell Bower 配音）结伴，在多多岛展开紧张刺激的寻宝之旅……。A woman has had her little child squashed and killed after the jins have turned the cabinet over him as she found out that this was not a coincidence or a matter of death and life rather a malignant black magic has been hatched to hunt their family.。
