短片讲述了在一座兔子小镇上小兔子Cece在小时候患上了一种严重疾病导致她失去了听力。失去听力之后的Cece不得不戴上助听器以及学习读唇语才能够正常的与人交流和进行日常生活。。医学博士林小鱼放弃大城市就业，回小县城急救科当医生，只为查明8年前母亲因小感冒就医却意外离世的真相。她质疑是医疗事故，归来后发现当年主治医生已是医院副院长，其子董大力成了自己同事且一见钟情，两个家庭间尘封8年的纠葛就此再度开启。。Comedy about the proverbial genie who comes out of a bottle (a table lamp in this instance) to serve his new master.
