本季将聚焦“黄小西吃晚饭”及“四大文化”等文旅元素，对外讲好贵州高质量发展的故事，展现生态与人文、文化与旅游、文化与科技相结合的新时代贵州之美，以贵州一域之发展、一域之形象，引导国际社会更加真实、立体、全面地认识中国、了解中国。每集邀请1位外籍摄影师与1位省内青年结伴而行，以用“旅拍”的形式，打卡特色文旅线路，通过国际摄影师的视角，讲述旅途中每一站发生的故事。。Average Texas teen, Billie Jean Davy, is caught up in an odd fight for justice. She is usually followed and harrased around by local boys, who, one day, decide to trash her brother's scooter for fun. The boys' father refuses to pay them back the price of the scooter. The fight for "fair is fair" takes the teens around the state and produces an unlikely hero.。
