冈野雅行是日本足球史上划时代的人物，是他的一脚“金球”，将日本队首次送进世界杯决赛圈的。他的绰号是“野人”。顾名思义就是脚力非凡、披头散发的人。在1997年11月，日本队和伊朗队争夺世界杯亚洲区预赛第三个出线席位，两队交锋直至加时战开始前仍不分胜负。在加时战中，冈野雅行把握住一个千载难逢的良机，射入了“黄金入球”，使日本实现了数十载的美梦。从那时起，冈野雅行的名字如英雄一般传遍东瀛。本剧根据他的真实故事改编，讲述了冈野雅行（龙星凉饰演）高中时期的热血青春生活，以及如何走上足球之路的。。Everyone has an opinion on bad cars... now it's time to hear the ones that really count--ours...
