They find four other men and they go to help Chico.。故事的舞台为中国风的架空国家——彩云国。虽是名门却很穷的红家小姐红秀丽，因为小时候对动乱的记忆而想要成为“能够帮助人们”的官吏，然而，女性却无法参加官员的录用考试。某一天，她突然被引荐去做新登基的国王紫刘辉的教师，以此为契机，她开启了通向官员录用考试的道路而成为了官员。红秀丽和新王紫刘辉的恋情、秀丽和同僚的友情、温馨故事中牵扯着宫廷中权力的斗争和豪门中涌动的暗流，绚烂华丽的宫廷浪漫剧由此慢慢展开。。李翰祥執導的《佛跳牆》共有四個單元，首個故事是描述一對母子因施予濟公一碗豆漿而逃過喪命之危；其二則說濟公幫助賣菜漢，逃離高利貸者的滋擾；其三則寫濟公以櫻桃化夜明珠，將大盜教訓一頓；最末一則是描寫濟公以巧計捉弄胡作非為的相爺父子。李翰祥借濟公的善行，針貶權貴惡霸的種種惡行，為平民大眾吐一口烏氣。。
