No plans of any kind and nothing to grab onto, this is how the story of these dreamers begins.。戰火無情，活於戰爭陰霾下的民眾，卻過着有情的日子，心裡依然懷着和平的希望。主持黎芷珊遊走當今世界戰火最激烈的兩個戰場，烏克蘭與以色列，以第一身的視角，將戰場上的畫面，透過鏡頭呈現。烏克蘭禁飛，只能從陸路入境，沿途所見的幾個小鎮，沒有完整的建築，看到的盡是悲慘、絕望，但感受到的，卻是烏克蘭人要活好當下的堅定意志。以色列、巴勒斯坦兩地族人，同處於一片仇恨的土壤，表面上生活、工作如常，但實際狀況又怎樣？。
