民国时期，在某古镇，段家少爷段天铭因投身推翻清朝封建统治的革命而离家。突然，他接到爷爷去世的讣告，便带着女友回家奔丧。然而，女友却被镇上一位道士诬陷为“妖孽”，说她带来了不祥之气，会祸害全族。全族人竟要烧死段少爷的女友。此时，种种怪事接连发生：段少爷爷爷的遗体神秘失踪，段少爷的父亲也离奇死亡，还有美女仆人对他投怀送抱。解开重重疑惑、拯救女友的重任，都落在了段天铭的肩上。。Dr. Braun is forbidden to practice medicine because he's a Jew living in Nazi occupied Czechoslovakia.
