一款关于21天坚持一项爱好的手机软件诞生，被男神齐名以及闺蜜嫌弃的夏小满选择了爱好——宅舞。夏小满得知如果不能按时完成软件中带给自己的任务就会彻底消失。为拯救自己，夏小满只能按照手机发布的任务，组建五人组的宅舞队伍，因此结识同是U学院身份性格迥异的四位女同学——于晓娜、曲婷婷、刘静、宋冉冉。为顺利完成通过网络筛选的任务，五人组积极准备，宋冉冉提议找到齐名作曲，邱博一编舞。大家没想到齐名一口答应，邱博一为调查妹妹失踪的真相加入其中。。Michael Keegan-Dolan is one of the most remarkable choreographers working in dance and theatre today.
