一对因进城打工而两地分居的年轻夫妇，在中秋节那天都意外得到了一天假，相思中不约而同前去探望对方，却相互扑空失之交臂。一天下来，俩人分别坐了四趟火车，最后却只能通过相向而行的车窗相望。。Restoration carried out by the National Museum of Singapore and the World Cinema Foundation.
