影片根据故事《高文爵士与绿衣骑士》改编，讲述亚瑟王在自己的宫廷里举行宴会。一位绿衣骑士前来向圆桌骑士挑战：有谁敢当场砍下他的头，并让他一年后回敬一斧。高文接受挑战，砍下了绿衣骑士的头。那具依然活着的躯体捡起头颅，回到绿色的教堂。一年以后，高文践约去寻找绿衣骑士。。陆小炮在北京的一所私立孤儿院长大，性格开朗、正义，胆大机灵，偶尔不按套路出牌，奶奶陆欣梦和孤儿院的其他孩子是陆小炮最亲的人。奶奶去世前告知陆小炮在英国伦敦有一套房产，于是陆小炮千里迢迢奔赴伦敦找房子，其中一路惊险波折爆笑连连。。Edna's father wants her to marry wealthy Count He-Ha. Charlie, Edna's true love, impersonates the Count at dinner, but the real Count shows up and Charlie is thrown out. Later on Charlie and Edna are chased by her father, The Count, and three policeman.
